Lilli houses, “Nicolò house” and “Raffaello house”, are completely surrounded by over an acre of beautifully wooded land, immersed in a green country-side rich of quietness and peace entirely at the disposal of the occupants. The houses will surprise you for their beauty, for the care of every detail in functionality and aesthetics and tranquillity and peace that surround them. The style is typical Mediterranean Country homes: rustic and elegant at the same time. Both houses are full of comforts and completely equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, television, air conditioning, fully facilities and any other accessory you could possibly want to live comfortably at home or in the garden. The land surrounding the two houses lined with beautiful trees, false pepper, palm trees, vines and lemon tress, offers a unique opportunity to live immersed in nature. Each house is also equipped with its own outdoor space (a porch and a barbecue) where you can have a rest or just have lunch or dinner in absolute tranquillity and privacy. The proximity of the two houses still makes an ideal vacation spot for families or friends (up to 12 people) who may choose to share the outside space available to them. Situated in an ancient rural building has been completely renovate and restored in 2008 of furnishing. It can accommodate up to 5 adults, with the possibility of adding a camping cot for a child and covers an area of about 70 square meters. In the ground floor the large and fully equipped kitchen, dining table and relaxation area with fireplace and comfortable chairs, a corner cupboard, one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The first floor consists of a large hallway (where you can add a single bed on request) and a double bedroom with attached bathroom with shower. Nicolò house has a large porch off the kitchen that allows you to have a well-shaded and sheltered area for lunch and outdoor dining.

It has also been completely renovated and restored in 2008. It can accommodate up to a maximum of 7 persons and has an area of 130 square meters. The ground floor has two entrances: one leads directly into the welcoming and fully equipped kitchen with a dining corner; the other opens onto a large hall connected to a sitting area (from which you can access the upstairs) with a comfortable sofa bed. On the ground floor there is also the big bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The first floor has a bedroom with 3 beds with a wide corridor in which (on request) there is another bed. Of course there is also a bathroom with a shower. Outside, adjacent to the kitchen, there is a wide porch that will allow you to have a well-shaded and sheltered area for your lunches and dinners.
