Arrivals and Departures

Are normally carried out on Saturday (unless otherwise agreed with the owners).

The homes must be vacated by 10 am on departure day to allow the staff to do the final cleaning and linen change.

The weekly price includes: electricity consumption (up to 70 kW per week), water (drinking water), linen (sheets and towels), home delivery.

The consumption of electricity in excess of 70 kW per week will be counted at € 0,30 per kW.

Gas consumption for heating are not included and will be counted at the end of the stay.

Deposit € 200,00. The deposit will be refunded upon departure if no damage.

Payments

20% at the reservation.

Balance, including deposit, on delivery.
